🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Dmitrii Chinkov - International Hospitality Advisor & Consultant | Les Roches EMBA '26

Dmitrii Chinkov's hospitality journey began in 1999 as a bellboy in a 3-star hotel. Twenty-five years later, he is a freshly graduated Les Roches EMBA alumnus - and the story in between is anything but ordinary.

From those early beginnings, Dmitrii worked his way through some of France's most iconic palace hotels, including Negresco in Nice and Plaza Athénée in Paris, before building a career spanning hospitality consulting, start-up and project management, hotel asset management, and operational leadership of award-winning 5-star properties.

In 2025, with nearly two decades since his French hotel degree, he made a deliberate decision to return to education. "Post-covid, the world changed drastically - and so did our industry," he reflects. "I wanted to revisit professional trends, upgrade my expertise, meet new people, and unlock my learning potential." Les Roches EMBA in Global Hospitality Management was, in his own words, a long-held dream.

Today, Dmitrii advises institutional owners and family offices on hospitality asset investment, operational optimisation, and management structures.

He is also launching the Les Roches Alumni Business Club - a platform for alumni worldwide to share leads, exchange projects, and collaborate across careers and continents. Early feedback from the ambassador community has been overwhelmingly positive.
