We want to give you a brief insight into our world by discussing some of our values and focal points. Rebranding the company as MSA Real Estate Marbella represents a new leaf for our organization. Our focus at this point in time lies within Real Estate, investment services and the “MSA golden visa program”.

MSA real estate was established in 2007 with the sole purpose of investing and developing in the Costa del Sol area.

After the economic crash of 2009, MSA acquired a lot of assets under its belt through many channels, such as bank repossessions, auctions and heavily debt properties across the coast.

Since then, MSA has completed projects in Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas, and Casares. Diversifying in different real estate sectors including both commercial and residential. MSA follows a business model focused on real estate investments and value-creation through active and local asset management.
