I love to be lazy when it’s possible. For me, laziness is doing something spontaneous, or has no business at all. You do it only because you want to. Either passive or active. Just skip time for a while and feel what you need now.
Last Sunday, I had a lazy day, doing only what I wanted at each moment. Walking as long as it was nice, having a long coffee moment, looking at a golf tournament on TV for a while, got inspired. So, I went to the driving range to practice my golf swing as long as it was fun (not long at all).… When I think about that day, it makes me with content because it was so relaxing. I ought to tie up dust etc. at home, but I don’t regret a second of that day.

In September, it may be time to plan a nice weekend. What are you longing for right now that you can do during the weekend before Christmas?
If you lack time or money to do something big, try to come up with something that feels simple and realistic.
I previously had a post about Quality Break @ Work and thought about the importance of creating contrasts to what you normally do during your working days. This is somewhat the same thing, but during a day off or a whole weekend. Think of something you haven't done in a while. Maybe you want to relax or do something more active.
Figure out what you need most right now, and book an appointment in your calendar. The best thing about planning a weekend is threefold. 1) You long for the weekend and get a smile when you think about it, 2) You enjoy it when you do it and 3) It becomes a nice memory.

Increasing your inner energy can help you make the changes required to improve your life, to create a life that is more meaningful to you.
Everyone has four basic energy needs: the body, emotions, senses and soul. Each shares a common foundation of what is required to achieve maximum energy, but simultaneously we are all different, each with different genes and environmental influences. As you learn more about basic needs, you will realize the importance of increasing your inner energy.
The higher your energy level, the more you want to do, and the better your quality of life. As far as we know, we only live once. Imagine if you could get so much energy that you live life to the fullest every day and fulfill your dreams; take a road trip, climb a mountain or write a book.
