Inner child work is an approach to recognizing and healing childhood trauma. It recognizes that our behaviours as adults stem from our childhood experiences. Inner child work focuses on addressing our unmet needs by reparenting ourselves. This kind of self-discovery helps us understand our behaviours, triggers, wants, and needs.

The majority of us as fully grown adults are actually operating like scared children, not wanting to experience pain or failure or rejection.

A traumatic experience to one child may not be traumatic to another.

However, whatever we experience, if it feels embarrassing, sad, shocking, upsetting, or any other heavy emotions, then our subconscious will store it and create an emotional response to similar situations throughout our adult life until we heal it.

Belief Coding® enables you to get to the root cause of when the emotion was first trapped. It then allows you to safely, effectively, and quickly heal that moment.

Are you guilty of procrastination?
