Never really give a physique update on myself

Current situation, sitting here pre summer, well balanced - arguably the fittest and healthiest I’ve been in a while and also having a a good attitude towards my training and nutrition while been away and managing everything else going on

Back end of last year things slipped, but for me this is manageable and without the use of any assistance. I’m sat in a comfortable position and we’re able to work into a much better summer for a much better physique - This is the new start point

Back to leading from the front with keeping me in check (A reel coming out about the importance of coaches having coaches to follow)
