"KEY HOLDING SERVICE"

Key Holding is an annual fee and includes your basic Property Maintenance Package.
What's included in this service:

Call outs for security alarms.
Weekly check to your property when not in use.
Gardening (if large gardens then supplement fees may apply).
Plant watering.
Mail collection.
DIY jobs required such as changing light bulbs, fixing of rails, cracks and general maintenance.
New keys supplied in the event of keys being lost (charges may apply if locksmith is to be called or new lock to be changed).

We can tailormake a key holding package to suit your needs and requirements.
