As we’ve said before, we’re super excited to be working with Casa Eva. For us, Stefan and Eva craft some of the most exciting gins, liqueurs, and vermouths in Mallorca.

Here’s their Arancello — a super versatile liqueur made from native Mallorquín oranges. We mix it with Vinestar Ancestral to create what might just be the best Mallorquín Spritz in town. 🍊✨

We love cider. It’s basically wine, just with less alcohol. And these ciders from Bizio are some of the most vinous ciders out there.

They’re all pét-nat fermented with no additives, made from local Basque cider apples. We also have two cuvées featuring local yellow plums and blackberries.

🍏 Nos encanta la sidra. Es básicamente como el vino, pero con menos alcohol. Y estas sidras de Bizio están entre las más “vinosas” que hay.

Todas están fermentadas tipo pét-nat, sin aditivos, y elaboradas con manzanas locales de sidra del País Vasco. Además, tenemos dos cuvées con ciruelas amarillas y moras locales.
