The ubiquitous breakfast muffin recipe :

Bananas, flax, gf flour blend, olive oil & agave, homemade baking powder 💥

This recipe frequently changes shape, who doesn’t (?), adding dates, nuts, chocolate, nut butters or swapping out sweetness for saltiness…bananas > carrot, courgettes, beets, potato, pumpkin.

Making use of what’s available, into something edible.
