A visit to our century-old orchard is always well worth it. I love offering people a taste of our sweet lemons and seeing the look on our visitors’ faces when they try them. They put them in their mouths with the caution you’d expect when eating a lemon straight off the tree, but then they say: -‘It’s not bitter, it’s not sour, it’s sweet – it’s lovely, I love it!’
