Many emotions today. We are celebrating Marlo’s 4th birthday today and it’s 4 weeks today since we lost Benj. He’s above us smiling in the moon as we are at the beach as planned. Day by day, hour by hour, breathing with the sound of the waves on the sand. Happy birthday Marlo! ❤️

So happy to have Nate around this week! I can’t believe we’ve been climbing together for 9 years already. Where does the time go… Excited to see how the week plays out, and it was a lovely warm up day multi pitch climbing in my new favorite climbing area: Ailefroide!
