After the shoulder injury I had last year, I learned to enjoy the so called “simple shoulder stretches” in very complex way.
Before my injury this stretch was something I could hardly even feel and this year after the injury it has been the yummiest stretch for my shoulders and heart.
Real fun on the elbows right? 🙃

Its ok to have negative thoughts and energy only if you take time to acknowledge and release them. There are many ways to release stress, anxiety and negative energy, Pigeon pose is one and feels great😍Whenever I feel energetically stuck, I practice hip opening poses that ground me and release what I feel energetically stuck.✨
