Excellent newly renovated apartment in a nineteenth century farm, located in the heart of the City of Valencia.
The apartment is located between the famous Ayuntamiento Square (City Hall) and la Reina Square (Cathedral) , the historic center and along the San Vicente Street in tourist stretch, and the beautiful Paz Street where you will find lots of restaurants Valencian cafes, craft shops, antique markets, historical buildings, old cathedrals, terraces, gardens, and all kinds of shops.
Examples of places we can find next to the apartment, the Central Market, the Old Market, the Cathedral of Valencia, El Miguelete, Redonda Square,Virgin Square, Reina Square, Old City Torres de Serranos and Quart ......
The apartment has plenty of public transport where you will be in a few minutes in different parts of the city, as do visits to the resort of the City of Arts and Sciences, The nice Malvarrosa Beach, the seaside district of Cabañal, the Port America's Cup even visit Saler Natural Park, with its beautiful beach and lagoon.

This beautiful newly renovated studio apartment IS BASED ON A DOWNTOWN BUILDING THE NINETEENTH CENTURY.
Alongside great historical monuments of the city, in the rehabilitation of housing we found a bit of ancient Arab walls that surrounded VALENCIA in the eleventh century. RESPECTING the old character of the findings, we decided to integrate it in the house and the result was spectacular: AN APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, MODERN, fine materials, natural wood floors, respecting the old BEAMS XIX century building, with archaeological remains of the eleventh century.
The apartment's amenities are many. INTEGRATED OFFICE KITCHEN, comfortable bed, nice sofa bed in natural leather, TELEVISION 42 ', AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WIFI ... ALL comfortable and high quality materials.
But the real comfort of the apartment is its location, excellent for a wonderful visit to Valencia.
