The Supeco supermarket project, part of the Carrefour chain, located in Madrid's Cuatro Vientos neighborhood, boasts a simple yet striking design. Our team created architectural visualizations of the building, which features the chain's signature yellow color as cladding with a black logo cart. The parking area is accompanied by a simple landscaping design. The project's aesthetic is centered around the play of contrasts and natural elements, with a focus on simplicity, refinement, and a modern, urban edge.

El proyecto del supermercado Supeco, parte de la cadena Carrefour, ubicado en el barrio de Cuatro Vientos en Madrid, cuenta con un diseño simple pero llamativo. Nuestro equipo creó visualizaciones arquitectónicas del edificio, el cual presenta el distintivo color amarillo de la cadena como revestimiento con un carrito de logo negro. El área de estacionamiento está acompañada por un diseño de paisajismo sencillo. La estética del proyecto se centra en el juego de contrastes y elementos naturales, con un enfoque en la simplicidad, el refinamiento y un toque moderno y urbano.

- Villa Carmen -

The extension of the existing Villa Carmen located in Rabat, Morocco, intends to give an air of modernity by creating new spaces connected to the existing ones avoiding a sudden transition that could affect, above all, the integral functioning of the two-level house. The new distribution allows the entry of a large amount of light throughout the day thanks to the glass doors that connect it with the garden and the new patio that in turn serves as a transition element between the living rooms, the kitchen and the new room. To maintain this continuity and lighting, a continuous floor has been chosen on both levels with a light tone, cream-beige marble, which allows the diffusion of light both from the glass doors and the projected skylights in the hall adjacent to patio. To accompany the light tones, and thus obtain a contrast that can give the house a chromatic balance, we have opted for the use of a noble material such as walnut wood for the doors, decorative elements and claustras (separators) that allow a good division of the large spaces such as living rooms, office and bedroom on the first floor.

La extensión de la existente Villa Carmen pretende darle un aire de modernidad mediante la creación de nuevos espacios conectados con los existentes sin que haya una transición brusca que pueda afectar sobre todo el funcionamiento integral de la vivienda de dos niveles. La nueva distribución permite la entrada de una gran cantidad de luz a lo largo del día gracias a las puertas de vidrio que la conectan con el jardín y al nuevo patio andaluz que a su vez sirve como elemento de transición entre los salones, la cocina y la nueva habitación. Para mantener esta continuidad y esta iluminación, se ha optado por un suelo corrido en ambos niveles con tono claro, mármol beige-crema, que permita la difusión de luz tanto desde las puertas acristaladas como los lucernarios proyectados en el distribuidor adyacente al patio. Para acompañar los tonos claros, y así obtener un contraste que pueda darle a la vivienda un equilibrio cromático, se ha optado por el uso de un material noble como la madera de nogal para las puertas y los elementos decorativos, además de las Claustras que permiten una buena compartimentación de los espacios amplios como los salones y el dormitorio oficina en la planta primera.
