WIP | AMPLIACIÓN DE MARINA DE EMPRESAS
La estructura del futuro edificio de ya está terminada y la envolvente comienza a dibujar con claridad la silueta de lo que será el nuevo hogar de cientos de emprendedores, estudiantes y profesionales.
Con la llegada del nuevo edificio, se completa el último de los tres volúmenes que integrarán el campus de Marina de Empresas, junto a .vlc y .es . Uno de los rasgos arquitectónicos más distintivos del proyecto es el gran voladizo en forma de mirador de la fachada sur, que concede a los espacios interiores unas privilegiadas vistas al puerto de Valencia.

The structure of the future building is now complete, and the envelope is beginning to clearly define the silhouette of what will soon become the new home for hundreds of entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.
With the arrival of the new building, the last of the three volumes that will make up the Marina de Empresas campus is completed, alongside .vlc and .es . One of the project’s most distinctive architectural features is the large cantilever shaped as a lookout on the south façade: a solution that provides the interior spaces with privileged views over the Port of Valencia.

Over seven years of design and five years of construction, the teams have shared a single purpose: to create an arena that stands as a benchmark in Europe and becomes the new home of . The design is defined by an undulating Valencian ceramic façade, featuring an RGB-White lighting system that gives the building a dynamic and ever-changing identity. Inside, an optimized grandstand ensures the best possible view from every seat, complemented by an advanced acoustic system that provides high-quality sound.
