Your tasks and responsibilities

Establish partnerships with international companies, relevant ministers, hospitals, and NGOs.
Develop appropriate messaging that aligns with the company's and the project's values and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis of stakeholder needs and expectations.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities to ensure their effectiveness.
Monitor stakeholder feedback and concerns and provide a timely response.
Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and events.

Your qualifications and skills

BA degree in social science or related fields
Advanced English Communication skill with proven Writing + Speaking
Expert in negotiation and networking skills.
Proven interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Your Working Experience
3+ Years’ Experience in developing messaging and communication strategies.
Proven record of accomplishment in stakeholder management
Demonstrated experience in establishing partnerships with International Companies ministers, hospitals, and NGOs
Salary and time of contract

Six months

40,000birr( monthly net payment)
