Coffee time!

Chiban real estate is a high-end real estate that plans to build luxury apartments in Addis Ababa. The name 'Chiban' is a 'Guragegna' word which translates into a pillar. They chose this name to represent their dependability which we were asked to incorporate in the logo. Their guideline also dictated that the branding should feel grand and expensive to match their model. We used a big and bold pillar as the main element of the logo. The pillar also doubles as the letter ‘I’ in the word CHIBAN. The heaviness of the pillar and the Serif fonts give this logo a feeling of grandness and a sense of luxury.
The sumptuousness is further amplified by certain choices of print material and color.
