In 2017 a never before seen picture of Tupac, Nas, Redman, Biggie Smallz and Diddy was released after being hidden for over 25 years. Of course this was right after Pac released Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z and before Nas dropped Illmatic.

The stakes were so high for the sequel to The Chronic, Dre recruited Jay-Z to ghostwrite lyrics for the his comeback single, "Still D.R.E. The song debuted at #93 on the billboard singles chart and helped the album reach multi platinum status.
