February, 8th 2025, we opened our second direct sales point, JF Southlands Butchery&Bar Restaurant, a specialty restaurant for quality goat meat of all makings during regular season. Its further focus and quality specialization are light Italian style dishes for lunch and daytime and especially during fasting season.
It is the sister Restaurant to our flagship JF Garden Fish&Wine Restaurant, Arba Minch's local first class dine for slow food fish and wine.

"GreenFutureFarming" operated by AgroFish in cooperation with our partners from Germany and worldwide solves a dilemma for philantrophic or ESG-oriented financiers interested in impact changemaking, exercize capacity building for remote rural areas:
Why do "green" financiers prefer deep-tech, centralized industrial operations with "fair"- and/or "eco"-label, instead of capacity building for smallhold/SME empowerment, manpower inclusion paired with skills and quality development?
It is the Investment-Cost-Returns balance.
Its unreasonable to rely on the 'human factor' and decentralized structures.
Mainly:
- investment size
- capacity for scalable returns
- calculability of returns by the human factor
- 'effort' considerations:
* case analysis and due diligence time/cost
* the requirement to match mindsets/partnership development
* case handling, implement compliance & controlling
Why is it (at the same time) so popular instead to issue cheques and donations for tax-subsidized for "green" NPO or charities, who as de-facto enterprises naturally compete with local economy and populace on the use of land, capital, means and capacity?
To make best of Africa's potential, it needs a breaking free of this dilemma.
The "GreenFutureFarming" solution is:
AgroFish farms operate as showcase practice hubs for capacity building from sharing know-how, means by trade.
A lead case offer to every local who is engaged in agriculture.
To produce desired quality result AgroFish farms necessarily apply and demonstrate all basic elements of the supply and value chain seed-to-table.
All elements of nature- and environment-aware farming and plantation design, regenerative land use, water, energy, pond based fish production, feeds and market access infrastructure, such as cool logistics, processing and gastronomy are naturally required to work the operation.
AgroFish hubs offer everyone interested all supplies, equipment and devices applied as walk-in, living farmer practice, know-how sharing trade house/dealer for all he/she feels is helpful for their work.
Anyone may according to capacity/preference/determination/motivation/skill become visitor, customer, partner, sub-dealer, co-distributor for anything we work and do.
We solve the "impact", ESG- or "purpose-led" investor problem of balanced investment/cost/scalable returns.
We just make sure, business runs the proper way.
Welcome in every sense.
