Yesterday, at my friend’s housewarming party, I had the pleasure of meeting a new (to me), wonderful artist—someone with a long background in both making art and guiding others on their creative paths.

While chatting, I found myself admitting that I’ve been struggling with an artist’s block since last October, right after having two of my works in an exhibition in Paris. But during the evening, something started to shift—at least in thought. I realized I haven’t been entirely without art.

Next to my desk, I’ve had a roll of paper constantly out, and over time I’ve started doodling on it—nothing planned, just spontaneous marks, lines, ideas. It’s been a quiet overflow for my creativity and deep focus during this blocked season.

Maybe the block will lift, maybe it won’t. But for now, I’ll keep doodling—proudly (no longer sheepishly).

The faces are fragmented into geometric shapes and colors, reflecting how social media shatters our perception of reality. These sharp, angular forms remind us that perfection is often just an illusion—constructed through photo-editing tools, filters, and digital manipulation. These tools have reshaped our notions of beauty, creating unrealistic standards that no one can genuinely meet.

Exploring the multifaceted nature of identity once again. This piece reflects the coexistence of our inner selves. Through the interplay of geometric forms and serene tones, I aim to capture the harmony within complexity. Each face is a fragment, yet together they form a unified whole.

Introducing my latest work, combining geometric abstraction and cubism, painted with acrylics on cork canvas. This piece explores the complex themes of understanding and human interaction. The choice of cork as a material adds an organic texture that grounds the abstract forms, creating a unique visual experience.

Understanding each other goes beyond words and expressions; it includes feelings, attitudes, norms, and experiences. Although we can only partially understand each other, it is within this magic of interaction that we create meaning and connection.
