Hello friends! With our Skywheel dinner fully booked within a day (you guys rock!) we started planning on how we can give you a Chapter-esque Christmas in the safety of your own home. With the strong advice of not having larger family and friends gatherings we are here to help you having the perfect Christmas Fish Table (or full dinner) without having to waste large amounts of food and time. We created our ultimate fish table, make everything from scratch and all you have to do it put it on a plate and enjoy.

For 45€ per bag you get;
Cured Salmon with spruce (M,G)
Smoked sturgeon from Varkaus (M,G)
Lasimestarin silli (M,G)
Vendace (Muikku) roe mousse (M,G)
Sour cream (L,G)
Pickled red onion (V,G)
Malt bread
Jaloviina mustard (V,G)
Endive salad with quince & vinaigrette (V,G)

We believe this is enough for 2 people for starters, but for you that enjoy a little extra feel free to order some of our extra’s!

P.s. if you bring your own bag and reusable boxes you will get a special Christmas gift as a thank you from us. Just let us know when ordering so we don’t waste unnecessary disposal packaging.

Independence Day!

Are you excited to celebrate Independence Day out, but still want to do this safe and with your closest friends or family? We have THE event for you!
-
On 6 December we take over and turn it into a restaurant. We invite you to come and dine with us.

A 4 course menu, welcome drink ánd the experience of a life time for 65€ per person.
We will have 3 seatings with 9 heated gondolas that fit up to 6 people. (Bench is 150cm wide)
