Sistiana-Piran-Sistiana Night Race
The first race of the new boat was sailed in very light winds in the Sistiana Coast.
Unlike normal, this time we sailed with a full crew.
As a crew we had Anna and Seppo from the Superyellow Sailing Team and Micke Whalroos, a gift from Vaasa to the sailing world.
The previous day we were able to train in a slightly stronger wind, which gave us important data, for example: about the boat's reef limits and behavior with different sail setups
The race that started in Sistiana (Italy) had completely different wind conditions, 0-8 knots throughout the race.
Briefly about the race: Good start, good tactics, active work, about 30 sail changes, a very warm welcome and great catering. Finished 5/20
The next time we will race is in the autumn.
And at the end of the season in Malta, the Middel Sea Rolex Middle Sea Race

Today we were training with a full crew for tomorrow’s Sistiana(Italy)-Piran(Slovenia)-Sistiana night race. Light winds are expected. We are ready for the first race of the season with the new boat.
