That moment, It made it clear to me why I have to take care of my health and well- being.

so that I can dance freely, explore movements and try out
new ways to use my body while having fun dacing with myself or with others through Contact Improvisation.

In context of health, I know that It may be challenging to go to exercise, eat the right food, and get enough rest to promote recovery.

one of the reasons for this could be that you have yet to
discover what you truly love doing. That thing that lights up
your heart❤️‍🔥.

Coz when you do, you'll seek out any possible ways to maintain your health and wellbeing

So if you have a difficulty in that area, you may consider to seek out and explore till you found that thing that you truly love doing.

As we all know nowadays we can access and gather as much information as we need to achieve health.

In fact we are more informed and knowledgeable
than ever before about it.

Then why many of us are still struggling to achieve it?

What I learned is that the vast majority of
us lack the courage to act and do what is
actually beneficial to our health.

But I'm not referring to the common
definition of courage:
"the ability to face challenges without fear!"

What I mean is the real essence of it, which comes from its root word COR, which means "heart."

And heart represents love.

This courage is
"the ability to face challenges
wholeheartedly with love"

Let's be honest, accepting who we are and what we are is the biggest challenge that we're all facing, and this takes a lot of courage!

and to find what health is
this is the first and most critical step we
must take!

It doesnt matter how much
knowledge you have about optimizing your body down to its molecular level;
without the courage that comes from the heart which is
self-love, everything you do will be futile.

Ive read, even Hippocrates said that being healthy is an evidence that a person had achieved a
state of harmony both within ONESELF
and with its environment.

So basically have that COURAGE then support your actions with right KNOWLEDGE that WORKS for you so that you can experience what HEALTH is for you.

YOUR OWN HEALTH not someone else's idea of how it should be.
