Very elegant Washed lot from Diego Baraona from Los Pirineos farm located on the top of the Tecapa volcano and in El Salvador. For many years Los Pirineos has been delivering excellent quality and interesting, diverse and unique flavour profiles.

This Bourbon lot is as comforting and nice as a coffee can get. Sweet expression of milk chocolate, nougat and yellow fruit. Very sweet coffee with silky mouthfeel. Simple, elegant and perfect.
