Honored to be contributing to the Pacific Sea Level and Geodetic Monitoring Project as part of the SPC team. Our work involves relocating and installing solar panels and AC sub boards to power vital climate monitoring systems across the region.

It uses a network of tide gauges to measure sea level, managed mostly by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, coupled with Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) stations operated by Geoscience Australia to monitor land movements that affect relative sea level measurements.

🇫🇯This conference was held at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort in Denarau, Nadi, from June 26-27, 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Cooperatives, MSMEs, and Communications, Hon Manoa Kamikamica, delivered the opening address. The event aimed to support Fiji's MSMEs and featured major sponsors like Vodafone Fiji Ltd and VitiKart.

Tourism Fiji, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (MTCA), is hosting Tourism Super Week 2025 in Nadi, Fiji, from May 5th to May 9th, 2025.
The event, themed:

Sharing Knowledge, Building Futures," is a dedicated capacity-building program aimed at supporting and empowering stakeholders within Fiji's tourism industry, with a particular emphasis on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
The week-long initiative is designed to enhance business skills, improve trade readiness, and foster innovation across the sector. Attendees are participating in a series of expert-led workshops, engaging panel discussions, valuable networking opportunities, and practical hands-on training sessions.

A key component of Tourism Super Week 2025 is a two-day Tour Guide Training program, aimed at enhancing the skills of local guides to provide exceptional experiences for visitors.
