Position Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Handy Finance Group Lautoka

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join the Handy Finance Group as a Customer Relations Officer for our Lautoka branch. This position requires a motivated and organized professional who can ensure excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist in resolving complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support loan processing and follow-ups as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Clean and valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the finance or lending industry is an advantage.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and systems.
