Fiji Ginger,
We're being looking for a supplier of organically grown wild ginger, we found our supplier Samu way up in the hills.
Took us about 2 hrs to drive in and here he was Samu with our first 112kgs.
I took a bite of the fresh ginger the flavour is so intense it was amazing.
On our next visit we will walk into the plantation and check on the crop. So keep watching.
I have driven past this road so many times over the past 15 yrs and wondered what was up there and here I found it.
