Is your “team” on board with what you are trying to achieve?

If I’ve got a goal, I share it with my closest people, why?

Because if I can get them on board & in my corner it’s only going to make it easier.

I spoke with one of coaches yesterday & we discussed about how the best way of getting someone from A to B.

One of the most important points that came up was who is on their team / who’s in their corner.

If you don’t have someone to support you or your other half isn’t very supportive it becomes a lot more difficult.

That’s where we come in.

We are in your corner, not only to help you day to day but also to combat the unsupportive partners.

When you feel like binging, don’t feel motivated, struggling between the ears - we are here.

The more people are in your corner the more help & the more accountability.
