It all came together in less than a month. Right in the middle of the Cannes Film Festival, one of the busiest times of the year for our teams, a client reached out to us to create a fully branded pop-up space during Cannes Lions.

We said yes✨

On D-Day, right in the heart of the Lions, our teams had exactly one hour to set everything up. One hour to transform the space, perfect every detail, and ensure our client would be proud of what we’d built. There was no room for improvisation. Every minute counted; every decision had to be the right one.

Our teams rose to the challenge, from the very first element installed to the final result, without ever compromising on quality.

The magic worked once again.

With just a few days to go before Cannes Lions, the excitement is gradually building.

At Magic Octopus, this time of year is always special. It marks the start of intense weeks filled with creativity, coordination, and a lot of teamwork.

And while we are preparing a new edition alongside ADWEEK, it is impossible not to think back to the project imagined last year.

Inside the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, our teams designed and produced several spaces intended to foster connections and exchanges : a reception lounge, a main lobby, private meeting rooms and a terrace overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals
