Launch of AMPHIBIA DEVELOPPEMENT
On February 20, 2026, AMPHIBIA DEVELOPPEMENT was officially registered with the La Rochelle Trade and Companies Register (France).

A project development structure dedicated to a question that has become central:
How can we continue to inhabit water-exposed territories
without further artificializing land
and without putting residents at risk?

Our purpose
To design, experiment and deliver amphibious, symbiotic and regenerative housing and urban projects capable of:
Embracing the presence of water rather than fighting it
Sustainably reducing vulnerability in exposed territories
Preserving natural and agricultural land
Restoring ecosystems instead of constraining them

AMPHIBIA positions itself as an operational development entity, able to lead:
Demonstration projects in regulated flood-risk areas (PPRI)
Resilient pilot districts
Innovative scientific, hospitality and residential programs
Public–private partnerships focused on climate resilience
We advocate for an architecture that is:

✔ compliant with regulatory frameworks
✔ grounded in the principle of zero additional land artificialization
