So during the lockdown lots of supermarkets are out of flour, baking powder and other baking ingredients...this shows that people are getting busy in their kitchen with all the extra time indoors😂 And I’m no exception🤗👩‍🍳
Today I made some Taiwanese steamed mini burgers🍔🍔Steamed brown sugar buns with stir fried onion pork, iceberg lettuce and a fried egg. Garnished with spring onions and coriander, with a sprinkle of white baked sesame seeds on top!
