Generate Solutions

Retargeting is a powerful way to get customers to complete abandoned baskets. But this is an example of how NOT to do it!

1. I searched for a particular size
2. Product not in stock
3. Now retargeting me for the shoes I can't buy
4. Paying for 4 ad slots when one (or two to top and tail the page) would suffice
5. Little or no variety on the ads

Bit of a fail for Sarenza.

And yes you can see that I was looking for the perfect translation of misconception :)

Do you know what the Facebook slogan is? Probably the LEAST recognisable one from a big company.
