Only fair with the college holidays knocking on the door. And the fact none of them gave me an Easter egg.
Danielle is in training for this weekend’s Hyrox tournament in Bordeaux. Fellow competitors and have been pushing her hard so it was only fair that I tested out her sled pushing skills. She comes in under my jab, clinches and then pushes me back, making me lose my balance, before throwing her uppercut. Lovely little move.
Love the angle Freya creates here with her slip pivot, completely baffling her opponent and making them pay.

Lea of team Yacht Chandlers wasn’t demonstrating any festive spirit during today’s session as the lads can testify! Really enjoying our sessions. The team are full of energy and enthusiasm, and are keen to learn the noble art. It’s also a great team-bonding experience. Already looking forward to continuing the journey in the New Year.
