Heavy Duty Heat Exchanger Demo with the TS 8/75
Get an inside look at a demanding industrial application with this demonstration carried out on the TS 8/75, designed for tube-to-tubesheet welding in critical environments.
In this specific case:
♨️ Petrochemical application for the manufacture of heat exchangers
🔩 Material: Carbon steel
📏 Tube diameter 64 mm – thickness 5 mm
🔥 Preheating to 100°C to ensure 100% weldability
📐 Tubesheet with 3 mm protrusion and 6 mm radius chamfer
📜 Process compliant with ASME IX standard
