Basically it is sometimes you want to achieve 🏆
Ex:

• Drink 2l of water today ✔️
• Listen to my body ✔️

• Read 50 pages of my book ✔️
• Eat my 5 of the day ect ect ✔️

SO HOW TO? 🙋🏼‍♀️
1. Be clear on the goal 🔎
2. Ground yourself during meditation 🧘‍♀️
3. Visualise yourself doing it and feeling how it feels to have done it 🧠
4. Stay focused on your goal during the day, reminders are good 📌
5. Review at night achievements 📉
