Actuellement, les équipes Stylique s’activent au cœur de pour la réhabilitation d’une partie des locaux de la Tour CB21 détenue par Covivio. Ce projet de 1500 m2 a pour but la création du restaurant d’entreprise « La Bibliothèque des Gourmets » situé au R-1 ainsi que la rénovation du hall d’accueil. Livraison prévue en fin d’été, un grand merci à l’ensemble de l’Equipe Projet.
Ces espaces communs seront accessibles à tous locataires de la tour notamment le groupe Suez qui occupe la grande majorité des locaux.

// Focus on one of our current projects//

Currently, our Stylique teams are working in the center of on the renovation of a part of the CB21 building by Covivio. The aim of this 1500 m2 project is to create the restaurant, "La Bibliothèque des Gourmets" located on the floor R-1, and to renovate a reception hall. The delivery is scheduled for the end of the summer, many thanks to the entire Project Team.
These common areas will be accessible to all tenants of the building, in particular the Suez group, which occupies the majority of the premises.

Nous sommes fiers du travail fourni par les équipes Corporate by Stylique pour la réalisation du siège Français d’un grand laboratoire américain. Un grand merci à Area pour la confiance qu’ils nous ont accordée sur ce projet innovant. Le chantier s’est déroulé dans le 17ème arrondissement de Paris.
