: "I have lived in Montreal, Tokyo, New York and Paris. In Montreal, the women have to initiate the flirting, apparently we are known for that. In Tokyo, no one flirts. In New York, everybody flirts but its hard to date. People think you are disposable. In Paris, everyone flirts but its not as fast paced as New York. I like it better."
