Innovation Awards spotlight series | Les Récoltes Majeures 2025 - a project where industrial precision meets exceptional craftsmanship.
 
Created for ’s annual celebration of the lily of the valley, rose, and jasmine harvests, this edition reimagines the bouquet as a true objet d’art, with handcrafted embroidered floral creations designed to be paired with an iconic amphora-inspired bottle in glass and metal. Each bouquet is made by hand in Paris by expert embroiderers, requiring hours of meticulous work, while an ingenious standardized assembly system allows the existing cap to be reused and adapted for this and future editions.
 
Beyond the beauty of the final piece, this project reflects something deeply meaningful: a commitment to innovation that elevates savoir-faire, sustains artisanal métiers d’art, and keeps rare skills visible, relevant, and alive.
 
A powerful example of how luxury packaging can be both technically intelligent and emotionally resonant. ✨

Partie de zéro, avec 1500 euros et une idée, Kelly Massol a bâti l’une des marques capillaires les plus influentes du marché. Vision, ténacité, conviction : elle a redéfini les codes du soin du cheveu et ouvert la voie à une beauté vraiment inclusive.

Once a year, the global aerosol and dispensing community gathers at ADF, and in 2025, that meant 12,588 visitors from 106 countries coming face-to-face with the suppliers shaping the future.
From Reckitt to Loreal, to PUIFG, the industry’s biggest buyers walked the aisles in search of their next innovation.

😍 NEW JURY MEMBER ALERT 😍 We are extremely pleased to announce that Julie KOSOSSEY, Head of Development and Communication at agency has joined our NEW Packaging Première Innovation Awards jury.
 
With a background rooted in the fashion industry spanning both creative and marketing roles, Julie has spent the past 10 years dedicated to brand strategy consulting. She has had the opportunity to work with leading luxury houses in France and internationally (such as Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Bally, Bonpoint group…), as well as with prestigious hotels, palaces, and restaurants, helping them define their positioning and craft customer experiences aligned with their brand identity.
 
Currently Head of Development and Communication at Carré Basset agency, she works closely with the operational experts, particularly in packaging, to address the challenges of singularity, creativity, and performance for the brands they support.
