Story behind the most random gig I ever got:
Last Thursday, I was walking on the street to get home, when a lady asks for directions to the station.
I propose to walk with her as it’s on my way. We start talking, she’s from Bolivia - I went to Bolivia - so we chat in Spanish until she asks what I’m doing in Paris.
“I’m a singer” I replied. And with a gigantic smile, she says “hey I’m throwing a birthday party for 32 people on Sunday evening, would you like to sing?”

I call my dear friend - always down to play - and it was on!

We arrived to a friends and family birthday party, had raclette with them, and we started our set. One person then came asking if they can sing something, and another one, and then the kids - Martin even sang on “Let it go” from Frozen ❄️

We had a blast. It felt so good to be the witness of moments of happiness.

Sometimes we tend to forget why we make music. We think about performance, about how good we must be, success, money…

Tonight reminded me that I make music to make people’s heart smile ❤️
