Tonight’s Blood Red Moon rising over the Great Pyramids of Giza, 🔴

Absolutely breathtaking. This isn’t a scene from a movie — it’s the Total Lunar Eclipse illuminating the timeless silhouette of the Great Pyramid of Giza beneath the Egyptian sky on March 3, 2026.

For more than 4,500 years, these ancient pyramids have stood as monumental witnesses to history, power, and the cosmos itself. Few sights feel as powerful and cinematic as the Moon turning a deep, fiery crimson above the sands of Giza.

Why is it red?
During a total lunar eclipse, Earth blocks direct sunlight from reaching the Moon. The only light that touches its surface passes through Earth’s atmosphere, scattering blue wavelengths and allowing deep red hues to shine through — as if every sunrise and sunset across the globe is projected onto the Moon at once. 🌎🔥
