Crafted using our own production resources, Sunbrella® Plus® Recycled fabrics are made from carefully sorted textile waste generated in our factories; including cone leftovers & yarn offcuts, woven selvages, and fabric scraps. These sorted materials are then industrially recycled with local partners to create durable fabrics with a unique and authentic character. 🧵

Giving materials a second life ♻️
Production offcuts are first collected and carefully sorted by colour. These materials are then processed into recycled fibres, transformed into recycled yarns, and finally woven into new Sunbrella® Plus® Recycled fabrics, giving valuable resources a second life while reducing environmental impact.
