Candidates are required to have experience with Fanuc CNC G-Code programming and must be able to set-up manual machining equipment. Knowledge of Solidworks is essential. Camworks, Featurecam and Surfcam is a plus however not required.

The qualified candidate must be able to read and analyze design drawings, work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines.

Candidates must practice safe work habits, have own tools, have basic math skills, and be able to pass a drug test.

Our client is looking to add a specialized valve technician in Dawsonville, GA to their team who must have experience of Servo Valves.

Responsibilities:

· Experience of Servo Valves is a mandatory requirement
· Knowledge of proportional valves
· Experienced with using a hydraulic flow bench
· Experience in repair, testing and rebuild of Servo valves
· Calibrate electronic equipment.
· Perform preliminary or final functional test on servo valves.
· Work from test procedures, blueprints, and manufacturing outlines.
· Sets up peripheral equipment for monitoring tests
· Prepares test log sheets indicating test results.
· Work with various hydraulic fluids.
· May suggest changes in testing procedures or to equipment.
· Utilizes experience and judgment gained from previous.
