It was published by Rotary Photographic in their Sunk Gem Series. Other postcards in the series were entitled ‘Confidence’, ‘Purity’ and ‘Prudence’

As London was rapidly spreading west, in 1878 Ealing Local Board bought Haven Green to preserve it as a public open space. 🌳🌳🌳

The two-story bandstand in the new Gillingham Park was opened in 1906, but sadly it fell into disrepair and was removed in the 1950s. Here it is in it's heyday 🎺🎻🥁
