Another busy week for Team InSynch! ☀️

From networking over coffee in Shrewsbury to chatting with businesses in Llandudno and Cardiff, it's been a week full of great conversations, new connections and plenty of inspiration.

📍Shrewsbury - Alice and Mel hosted our July Shrewsbury Business Coffee + Connect at the beautiful Shropshire Wildlife Trust, with a fantastic talk from Alex Hall of Nutrition_Al and a brilliant mix of familiar and new faces.

📍 Aberystwyth x Llandudno - Eddy and Adele headed to Venue Cymru for FSB Wales' North Wales event, meeting inspiring entrepreneurs, exhibitors and businesses all working to help the region thrive.

📍 Bristol - Emma and Iona made the most of the heatwave, enjoying a well-earned lunchtime break in the sun in between meetings.

📍 Cardiff - Sam attended the Property & Popadom networking event with guest speaker James A. from Fairholm Estates, making the most of another great opportunity to connect with businesses across South Wales, then enjoyed lunch in the sunshine on the terrace, before another busy day at Swansea Bay Business Club, meeting lots of new people and building great connections.

We love getting out, meeting businesses across Wales and the West Midlands, and being part of such supportive business communities.

Another week, another busy one at InSynch! 👏

This week has consisted of getting out to events, creating content and meeting businesses across Wales and beyond.

📍 Cardiff - We teamed up with Comercity to host our Business Networking, Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Discovery event, bringing together businesses for a morning of networking, insights and practical marketing advice. Sam also headed along to PropNet at Flight Club and one of her highlights this week was finally recieving her Mailchimp Freddie! 🐵

📍 Shrewsbury - Cameras were rolling for content creation with Tidy Tea and Braces Bakery, alongside plenty of client meetings, strategy sessions and planning for what’s coming next.

📍 Aberystwyth - While supporting clients, we also captured content at the 2026 Lloyds National Road Race Championships, and Dan made the most of the sunshine with some dog walks before they all enjoyed a very well-earned lounge in the garden. ☀️🐶

Another busy week across the InSynch offices!

📍 Shrewsbury - Holly continued supporting local businesses through the Shropshire Growth Hub (fuelled by muffins, of course 🧁), while Mel and Alice caught up with the team to chat all things email marketing 📧

The team also enjoyed a well-earned lunch at Battlefield 1403 Farm Shop Café, where the giant chair simply had to be tested! Plus, we couldn’t help spotting some familiar faces on the shelves - hello Tidy Tea 🍵 and Halen Môn 🧂!

📍 Bristol - Emma, Jake and Iona were delighted to see the office’s favourite local celebrity return... our resident heron! Naturally, another selfie was essential. 📸

📍 Cardiff - Sam celebrated 15 years of TMPR at a fantastic event held at Penarth Pavilion, catching up with some brilliant people and squeezing in a few selfies with Helen Phillips, Jonathan Cave and Leanne Bird along the way! 🤝

From mentoring and marketing chats to networking events, wildlife spotting and giant chairs, there’s never a dull moment at InSynch! 💚
