I would like to offer a new yoga class which would be a MORNING yoga practise on Wednesday, 9.30-10.30 am in Choose You Yoga Studio & Wellness Hub, Carmondean House, Carmondean Centre S, Deans, Livingston EH54 8PT.
Classes start from next Wednesday 6th of July and continue until the 10th of August

~twists~

Twists were one of my favorite movements in yoga for such a long time, I liked them much more than anything else only becasue I was good at it, they felt amazing and they were extremely helpful to strengthen my digestion.

But I was not always doing it correctly.
Once I learned that the spine has to be straight and shoulders kept aligned with the hips it started feeling different, was more difficult to maintained them but the benefis were even greater.

In my group & private classes I can see how offen we sacrifice the length of the spine for the depth of the twist. Don't get discouraged if you spine does not allowed you to twist as deep as you would like it, one day it will do don't rush it. 馃馃馃

Skr臋ty przez d艂ugi czas by艂y jednymi z moich ulubionych p贸z jogowych poniewa偶 mog艂am mog艂am je wykona膰 bardzo g艂臋boko i wzmacnia艂y moje trawienie. Ale nie zawsze robi艂am je prawid艂owo, kiedy nauczy艂am si臋 偶e kr臋gos艂up ma by膰 prosty, wyci膮gni臋ty a ramiona w linii bioder, skr臋ty zacz臋艂y by膰 trudniejsze to zrobienia i wytrzymania ale korzy艣ci zacz臋艂y by膰 jeszcze wi臋ksze. ;)

Cz臋sto podczas zaj臋膰 grupowych czy prywatnych widz臋 jak bardzo osoby po艣wi臋caj膮 prawid艂ow膮 postaw臋 kr臋gos艂upa aby skr臋ci膰 si臋 g艂臋biej. Rozumiem to ale wiem te偶 ze z niczym nie zale偶y si臋 spieszy膰, dop贸ki kr臋gos艂up si臋 nie skr臋ca g艂臋boko nie dociskaj go na si艂臋 bo zrobisz tym wi臋cej szkody ni偶 po偶ytku. Powoli, cierpliwie, kiedy艣 si臋 otworzy, wzmocni, rozci膮gnie. Daj mu czas 鉂わ笍 joga jest 艣wietnym nauczycielem cierpliwo艣ci 馃挀
