I’d like to welcome Young Calum (5 years old) to RB Coaching & Development

Callum has just started at Airdrie 2020s and is going to be a massive talent , very determined young lad and loves a goal.

Wants be to be hearts replacement to Lawrence shankland ❤️

Keep working hard and that goal won’t be far away young man

Zac (2013 Age Group)

Zac finishing off his session with a dribbling/fitness drill

Every week this lad smashes it and his fitness levels are fantastic

Again great attitude even when tiring and just powers through

Zachary (2013 Age Group)

Again another little warmup for Zac

I’ve had Zac for a while now and every session with him is so enjoyable, the kid just knuckles down and gets stuff done.

Since joining as a winger Zac has transitioned into a wing back working up and down the line attacking and defending, the fact this kid can do both sides of the game with ease is an absolute asset for any team

As a warmup today we worked on some passing into a shot and the ability this kid has is frightening.

After a full session and a heavy one on the legs I gave Archie a dribbling exercise to finish off the session

The fitness levels of this kid are so impressive and it shows how hard he works outside his training and games.

Putting in the work always gets results and this kid is certainly getting results

Well done Archie I’m so proud of you buddy

There is always a purpose in everything we drill and different scenarios can use the situations we put ourselves in during games.

Again Archie’s attitude is fantastic, and his communication is first class which is so important during games

Archie a team mate of Brian and centre half’s partner working on same sort stuff as Brian so they both can strengthen their relationship playing out from the back.

Archie is one fit lad and has a never say die attitude, he such an absolute pleasure to work with.

The skill and ability of this kid hasn’t even scratched the surface as of yet and I am buzzing to see what his levels go too throughout his block booking

Brian (2013 Age Group)

Added a bit of dribbling into this drill with Brian keeping the cones a lot closer than normal so it helps him get out of tight situations in games

Again there is no end to this kids talent
