Crust Corner Home Made Bread

Evening all....this week we have made a savoury and a sweet sourdough special! Savory is cheddar 🧀 and jalapeno 🌶️ and the sweet is double chocolate and cherry ( with Cadbury flake!!) 🤤😋. These will be in the shed only on Saturday from 9am along with some plain Sourdough all £4. We will be taking some plain medium down to Alcester Country Market tomorrow morning as usual. As always first come first served to make it fair for everyone... Thanks all,Mandy ☺️

Evening all...this week's special in the shed is sun-dried tomatoes and cheddar cheese! And it's a beauty ( just taste tested with dinner 🤤). We will have both large and medium sourdough at Alcester Country Market tomorrow and medium and the special available in the shed on Saturday. First come first served all £4 in the shed cash preferred but the QR code is available if needed. 1 Alcocks Road look out for the A Frame 😊🍞😋.

EDIT .....just taste tested the cheese and marmite and it's pretty good!! 😋😋. Good evening all.. first of all a big thank you to all who visited the food festival on Saturday. What a wonderful day and to have our bread sized by the court Leet was very special! This week we will have large and medium sized sourdough at Alcester Country Market on Friday and in the shed on Saturday. Back by popular demand cheese and onion sourdough will be available on SATURDAY in the shed and all being well ( if it passes the taste testing 🤔😋) cheese and marmite sourdough as well!!!!! 🤞🤞🤞

It's been a busy week....all ready for Alcester Food Festival 🍞🍞🍞😋☺️.

Sorry there will be no bread in the shed on Saturday as we will be at The Food Festival...should there be any sourdough left we will post on Facebook. I am currently preparing some 50/50 loaves to take to the market tomorrow morning. These have sourdough starter in and YEAST! They are a softer lighter loaf with a hint of sourdough taste. 🍞🍞🥪😋

This week's special is cheddar cheese and onion sourdough! This one is a beauty! Please remember no bread in the shed tomorrow ( Wednesday) Saturday is shed day from now on. There will be a limited number of specials so get in early from 9am on Saturday until sold out. No saving to make it fair for all, the early bird catches the worm 😊🍞

Black olive and Italian mixed herb sourdough special in the shed tomorrow... There will be two of these and just three white sourdough available tomorrow as that's all I've had time to prepare this week .. next Saturday normal service will resume and there will also be a special flavour TBC . NO bread in the shed on Wednesdays from now on. Thanks for your understanding ☺️🍞

Evening all.... As of this Saturday we will be changing our shed sales day to Saturdays instead of Wednesdays due to other commitments. This Saturday there will be a small amount of plain sourdough and a couple of savoury specials which will be on a first come first served basis to make it fair. Italian herb and olive photo to come! Next week special TBC ☺️...
