Evening all... This week's special is cheddar croissant sourdough loaf... Cheddar cheese and lots of butter an absolute delight! I have changed my schedule slightly this week ...the special will be ready to collect on Wednesday and the plain medium and large will be available to collect on Friday. Specials are £4 each,large plain £5 and medium plain £4.

Evening all...this week's special will be chocolate with mixed fruit and nuts sourdough 😋... This one is a chocolate bread with chocolate chips and mixed dried fruit and nuts! We will also be making medium and large sourdough. The chocolate will be a pre order and not available at the market unfortunately. Last orders by 8pm tomorrow ( Monday).. Thank you 🍫🍫

Evening everyone... We have been made aware in order to continue to sell bread from the shed on the drive of our home we should have a street trading licence in place.Due to the small amount we are able to produce on a weekly basis this would prove to be none viable for us unfortunately. Therefore going forward we will continue to sell bread at Alcester Country Market and also offer a pre paid order service for anyone who wants to guarantee bread for pick up on Friday or Saturday from Alcocks Road.We will post what will be available for order on Sundays ( including specials) here on Facebook. Deadline for orders will be 8pm on Monday. Collection will be Friday or Saturday each week. We are so sorry especially as we have jumped through all the hoops to do this but it seems to be one obstacle we can't overcome 😞.

This week we will be baking our usual medium sized sourdough, large sourdough, cranberry and walnut sourdough ( cranberries and walnuts soaked in orange juice) and banana and muesli loaf.

Evening all...This week we have prepared medium plain sourdough,cheese and jalapeno sourdough and Pimlico Buns for Alcester Country Market tomorrow! Also for the shed on Saturday which will be open at the earlier time if 8am for this week only...we have prepared cheese and jalapeno and cheese and marmite sourdough, plain sourdough and Pimlico Buns!! 😋😋🍞🌶️

Morning all. ..the shed is now open with cheese and jalapeno, double chocolate and cherry and plain sourdough! Also I have just put in some Pimlico buns ( yeasted).... All £4 to keep it simple. Cash preferred but there is a QR code should you need it . 1 Alcocks Road.

Evening all...a last minute add to the shed tomorrow. One oat milk and muesli sourdough loaf...the milk gives a slightly lighter crust and crumb!!! Also for the late risers there will 2 lots of Pimlico buns. These are lovely...very similar to Chelsea buns! Not sourdough but yeast based and absolutely beautiful will be a late arrival to shed from 10/10.30ish !!

Evening all....this week we have made a savoury and a sweet sourdough special! Savory is cheddar 🧀 and jalapeno 🌶️ and the sweet is double chocolate and cherry ( with Cadbury flake!!) 🤤😋. These will be in the shed only on Saturday from 9am along with some plain Sourdough all £4. We will be taking some plain medium down to Alcester Country Market tomorrow morning as usual. We will have both large and medium sourdough at Alcester Country Market tomorrow and medium and the special available in the shed on Saturday.
