Mediation Made Simple: Learn how to Calm your Mind 04/10/2021

Hi everyone.
I wanted to announce that I have developed a FREE course for anyone who is interested in Meditation. This is a quick and simple course for everyone.

I find that Meditation has taught me a new skill, which enables me to deal with Overthinking, Anxiety in my daily life.

As a recovered Alcoholic & Addict, and an advocate of the 12 Steps of Recovery Programme, Step 11 mentions the power of meditation and Step 12 describes how we try to 'carry the message to others'.

If you have any interest in Meditation, then perhaps you would like to try out my FREE course. It is open to those in recovery and those who might have an interest.

I can certainly say that Meditation is one of the tools that I use in daily life, to help me navigate the stresses and strains of dealing with anxiety, over-thinking and promotes general well-being.
