Firstly, sorry… I’ve been quiet on here for too long, & your loyalty in still following me is much appreciated. Life just gets busy sometimes!

In the words of Gloria Gaynor (sort of..) …. And now I’m back! I’ve not been idle in my continuous development in all things complementary therapy, having qualified as a Made for Life Cancer Touch Therapist, & am now ready to widen my client base, any referrals would be lovely. 🥰

I’ve got my aromatherapy hat on, I’ve been taking an interest in how essential oils can help people living with long covid & in particular resetting the olfactory system (smell) through a routine of tapping, thanks to my friend & CT master Peter, & stimulation of senses.

I have a set ready to deliver to a long standing past colleague & friend tomorrow, who would affirm that a world that smells of old cabbage, tar, chemicals & other unpleasantness is not good!

If you have ever made your own container candles and ended up with a “sink hole” you are not alone!

There are a few tips to avoid this - firstly being patient when you pour your liquid wax, it’s not a race. Also, pouring up to where your container changes shape & not over. Finally, a second pour will encourage the little bubbles out & leave a smooth finish.
