Lockdown can be tough. Work can drag! Being a Dad get get overwhelming. BUT try and do your bit tonight I did an EMOM (Every minute on the minute) 20mins even 12 cal bike erg odd 12 burpees. There are different purposes of emoms. Tonight the idea was to push the gas and hold a pace. And keep it in the min. Min 2 30secs (burpees) min min 20 45 secs. Task was complete and of course movements should deteriorate but how do you know you’re getting better. If you feel like you are Hold your starting pace or increase the reps. Give it a go! And grip and rip.

Great PT session with tonight. We revisited a workout I did at 18 weeks pregnant. Now at 36 weeks it felt just as good, we took the height of the box down 2 inches and replaced the farmer carry bars with kettlebells at a slightly lower weight to keep the intensity up and ended up faster on both the wods.
