While our students are busy learning, exploring and making memories, there is another group working hard behind the scenes to make it all happen.

At SOL, we work throughout the year to prepare our programmes, but summer is always our busiest and most exciting season.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a dedicated team of experienced teachers who bring energy, creativity and professionalism to everything they do.

This week, we held our 🔸SOL Peer Observation Morning🔸, an opportunity for teachers to observe one another, share ideas and learn from each other’s practice.

Because great teaching never stands still.

One of the values that has shaped SOL for more than 35 years is simple:
